On the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

So much of the work that we and our members perform is based on service, and what greater example for us than that of Her late Majesty. We cannot forget that Queen Elizabeth’s devotion to duty and service continued to the very end of her life, when two days before her death she was still performing her constitutional duties at the kissing of hands ceremony for our new Prime Minister. As we leave behind the Elizabethan age and begin a new Carolean one, may we remember and emulate her devotion to service and duty
